Why This Matters
Right now, only 30% of the economic value of lithium batteries is captured by the U.S. Our target for 2030 is 60%. Despite massive demand for batteries, we’re still playing catch-up. The Li-Bridge Industry Report, a strategic initiative led by the U.S. Department of Energy and industry experts, outlines what it will take to secure a domestic, secure, and competitive battery supply chain.
